General Information.

• With a long time contract,you have more stabil price. (Note.Often prices have to negotiate every 3 months) 
• All payments with SKANBIO-TRADE will happen with L/C , D/C or with the cloused account.
• The seller of biofuels is the SKANBIO-TRADE.In any other cases the office of agent is the SKANBIO-TRADE.
• The seller of any other fuels is the supplier or local seller.

• Skanbio-Trade is european company,any taxes are not included to the prices.
• A buyer company need have a valid VAT number,all goods haves VAT 0%.
• Skanbio-Trade is able to deliver its fuel product to any of European ports together with our fright and logistic partners.
• Skanbio-Trade sales all fuel products according to analyses of authorized companies.
• Quality control:
  Skanbio-Trade has 4-stage quality control of products if needed.
  1 is free of charge and 3 others will be charged from the Client(s) by separate agreement, if parts are signing the purchase contract of fuel.

• Insurance:
  Skanbio-Trade will provide full insurance of each delivery. Our insurance company is Tapiola (Finland).
   
• Liability:
  Skanbio-Trade is not responsible for possible changes in quality of products. Product suppliers have this liability. Skanbio-Trade is responsible only for the terms of separate contracts with shareholders.
